Swimming in a sea of useless discovery – ep1
Having read a lot, I’m familiar with quite a few English words. One of them is quite unpopular in the Internet to the extent of being unused. The word as well as its denotation is elucidated by Clippy below.

It’s just fun to note that no one really used that word in the Internet except for an AnimeSuki forums poster. I didn’t even expect that word to be unfamiliar, but if it isn’t found in even the different online dictionaries it must be. (Or I’m just a guy who utilizes even archaic English. But it’s FUN!) If you don’t believe me, however, you can just
I kid, I kid.
Other notable things in the anime ‘blogosphere’ is that there’s a site with an unbelievable amount of comments. He has 1922 for one post, another 1600+ for another, and 99 for another. Check it out here.
Of course, most of those comments are spam. Seems like somebody didn’t install Akismet. :V
(Now that I look at it, this isn’t even funny. I fail. I’m sorry. I don’t mean offense to those sites I’ve referred to, however. *sighs*)

Have you discovered a few things about Goggle and it’s “Get Lucky” button?

Nope … I discovered a few things about … the word use and a popular blog, in all senses of the word, skewed.

Aha~ I should have known. Man, maybe you should hold back on using high-faluting words when we’re around. Kinda makes me realize how shallow my knowledge of English is.
Funnily, I regard my English as the “layman’s everyday English” while yours is more of a “gentleman scholar/Vocabs nerd English”…
No offense intended there, dude.

No offense taken. It was just on a whim that I discovered that ZMOG! no one used that word in the Internet at ALL. That’s … unique – that word must be archaic or obsolete; ‘happenstances,’ although relatively archaic, is used more or less more often than that word. Even dictionary.com doesn’t have a definition for that word. That’s JUST SO COOL and … OK ON TO OTHER THINGS.
I was really just flabbergasted – that occurrence was SO AWESOME. My English is … um … unique?
November 27th, 2006 at 9:06 pm
Happenstances, eh? You must’ve meant “serendipity” there, orz
And yes, as unique as Haruhi’s introduction.

I guess …
… but I really need to develop a sense of humor that caters to normalcy. People don’t find a seldom-used word funny? I DO. :V

AND THAT MY FOLKS, IS WHY YOU SHOULDN’T READ THE DICTIONARY, SURF THE INTERNET, ALL THE WHILE DRINKING HIGH-SUGAR AND HIGH-CAFFEINE DRINKS.
Really now, you need to restrain yourself more.
Wait, scratch that. You need to restrain your Id more. -_-
