Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai is ABSOLUTELY the best anime I’ve seen this season so far. I wish it wouldn’t end after a mere 12 episodes….it should go on for 72,76 episodes, like Marmalade Boy did….so I could cry myself to sleep for the next 2-3 years.

Seriously though, Chuu 2 is one of the sweetest shows I’ve seen in a long time. Absolutely love it!!

Although the romance isn’t the main plot, Hyouka is a must-watch
Seriously.
It’s my favorite of 2012, and of course, nobody can argue with my taste…

No use asking me as I have 2 jobs at the moment, so I’m working 18 hours a day. I’m just about managing to keep up with Shin Sekai Yori, but I’ve only scratched the surface of the rest of the season so far. I’m wondering whether Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun might shape up as a good romance, but as I’ve only watched the first episode so far, it’s too early to tell yet.

Among some of the new anime, I recommend Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. Beautiful animation that reminds me of Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. I also recommend Sword Art Online.

Of special note is the manliest series this year, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and Sukitte Iinayo, two shows with similar synopses, both are shoujo manga adaptations, and while Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is being directed by the director of Kimi ni Todoke, Sukitte Iinayo’s story so far has a lot more in common with the story of Kimi ni Todoke.
For you in particular, I would definitely have to recommend Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita, or in English, Humanity Has Declined. It 13 episodes, premiered last season, and it’s the kind of series I could see you enjoying.

definitely Shin Sekai Yori. It’s the first series that has managed to intrigue me in a long time.
